Our kitchen will create a one-of-a-kind four-course dinner. What makes the evening truly exciting is that each course will be paired with two different wines – selected by two different wine experts.

👑 Christina Suominen– a true legend in Finland’s wine scene, Chair of Suomen Sommelierit ry and one of Finland’s first top sommeliers. Christina is known for her bold style and her exceptional ability to create surprising and breathtaking wine and food pairings.
🪄Jessica Lindgren– the resort’s own wine expert and home-team sommelier, ready to challenge one of Finland’s finest with her uncompromising wine recommendations.
