Dinner begins in a relaxed way with three shareable starters, where craftsmanship, archipelago traditions, and flavours come together. The starters are served with freshly baked archipelago bread based on a family recipe.
The main course features local fish from the sea, served with flavourful side dishes. A meat option is also available. During the winter season, the menu is more meat-focused.
The dinner ends with a fresh and flavourful dessert.
